One free ticket will be provided for every 15 tickets purchased. The theatre requires that an adult take each free seat provided and reserves the right to refuse admission to any group it deems to be grossly under-chaperoned.

If the show you are requesting is more than four weeks away, you may make a reservation.
Otherwise, someone from our office will call so that you can pay for your order with a credit card.

The theatre is fully accessible. If any of your students or chaperones will be in need of special assistance or consideration either in being seated, or unloading from the bus or car, we ask that you notify us when making your reservation. With sufficient notice, special seating can be arranged for those with hearing or visual impairment. In the absence of such notice, the theatre makes no guarantee of such accommodation.

When you click Submit your order will be sent to the theatre over a secure connection and a confirmation page will appear on your screen.  Please save or print this confirmation for future reference.  We will process reservations in the order in which we receive them.   There is no need call to confirm your order.

Parking

Enrollment is high at the college this semester. Please plan extra time to find parking when you come to the show.

Tickets and Seating
 You will not receive printed tickets in the mail; the admission slip you receive after payment is made is your ticket in the day of the show. All school show seating is at the discretion of The Theatre at RVCC. Most performances are general admission; however, for the safety and comfort of our patrons, we reserve the right to assign seats.

Inclement Weather
If the event is presented as scheduled, we are contractually obligated to pay the performers. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Shortly after you make your reservation, you will receive a confirmation. Please take the time to verify the information on your confirmation. Call Cristina at (908) 526-1200 ext.8267 immediately if there appears to be any discrepancy.

The bill for your reservation will be mailed about six weeks prior to performance. Payment, by single check or money order only, is due four weeks prior to performance. The ticket count on the date of payment is final and all payments are non-refundable. Upon receipt of payment, an admission slip and a study guide (when available) will be issued. Tickets remaining unpaid on the due date will be made available to groups on our waiting list.
