In 2009, the world celebrates the
400 year anniversary of Galileo’s first use of a
telescope to study the heavens and we are
celebrating right along with them. We offer this
performance
in cooperation with the
RVCC Planetarium as a part
of the International Year of Astronomy. If you are
among our first 400 ticket buyers, included in the
price of admission will be tickets entitling you to
join us early in the evening or after the show for a
telescopic view of the night sky and for
another activity in the
Planetarium, reproducing one of Galileo's
discoveries.
All truths are easy to
understand once they are discovered;
the point is to
discover them.
