experience; and in Inch by Inch, a lovable inchworm shares his
facility for measuring absolutely everything. All these stories
are wonderfully translated into puppet theatre and the gentle
storytelling style which has earned international acclaim for

Charlotte's Web

Theatreworks' production of Charlotte's Web is based on
E.B. White's loving story of the friendship between a pig and a
little gray spider. Wilbur has a problem: how to avoid winding
up as pork chops! Charlotte, a fine writer and true friend, hits
on a plan to fool Farmer Zuckerman—she will create a "miracle."
Spinning the words "Some Pig" in her web, Charlotte weaves a
solution which not only makes Wilbur a prize pig, but ensures
his place on the farm forever. This treasured tale, featuring
endearing farm animals, explores bravery, selflessness, and the
meaning of friendship. |

Mayhem Poets, a diverse collective of young
writers and entertainers, brings slam and performance poetry to
school settings. Utilizing hip-hop rhythms and theatricality,
they inspire kids of all ages and backgrounds to craft and
perform original poetry. Join us and see why the Mayhem Poets
have been a hit at such notable venues as the State Theater of
New Jersey, and Washington’s National Cathedral.
The Mayhem Poets communicated important truths
about the power of words and about human values, the sorts of
truths that all of us in education struggle every day to convey

In Boston, a simple artisan ekes out a humble living as a
silversmith. Americans and British alike hail the exquisite
artistry of his work. But when Paul Revere's revolutionary
friends, John Hancock and Samuel Adams pressure him to take a
stand against British tyranny and join the Sons of Liberty, he
hesitates. Supporting the American cause would mean losing
valuable business from his British customers and risking the
safety of his family. Revere must make a choice between doing
what is easy and doing what is right.
This new musical
reveals history through a combination of music, drama and humor.

Théâtre de l'Oeil, has been making puppet theatre for children
for thirty years. Using a variety of puppet styles, this
show
without words tells the story of Pretzel, a brave and lovable
character who notices one evening that a star has been dislodged
from the sky. Pretzel puts the fallen star in his basket and
sets out to return it to its proper place.
Though the word "magic" tends to be over-used, (one) can't think of a
better way to describe this marionette and rod-puppet
performance, which will remind you what it's like to be two.

guided more than 300 slaves, including her aged parents, to
freedom. Freedom Train using dance, dialogue, and music
